When will my coffee be roasted?
To ensure maximum freshness, we roast our beans in small batches every Tuesday and Thursday. Your order will typically ship within 24-48 hours of the roasting date.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee?
Yes, we can grind your beans for Drip, Espresso, or French Press. However, we recommend purchasing whole beans and grinding them just before brewing to preserve the delicate flavor profiles.
How should I store my September Coffee beans?
Keep your coffee in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer, as moisture and odors can compromise the quality of the beans.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
