At September Coffee, we strive for every cup to be perfect; however, due to the perishable nature of our artisanal beans, we offer returns or replacements on damaged items and incorrect orders within 14 days of delivery.

For damaged goods or quality concerns, please attach clear photos of the packaging and the roast date printed on the bag.

Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to determine if a return, refund, or fresh replacement is appropriate.

Receive Resolution

Once approved, we will ship a replacement bag immediately or issue a full refund to your original payment method, no return shipment of coffee required.
